TRIUM Global Executive MBA travels to Shanghai for Module 3

HEC Paris News: TRIUM Global Executive MBA travels to Shanghai for Module 3

The TRIUM Global Executive MBA is currently ranked #1 worldwide by the Financial Times and brings together experienced senior managers and successful entrepreneurs from all over the world. It is a unique alliance of three internationally renowned universities - HEC Paris School of Management, New York University Stern School of Business and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

During a breakout session we interviewed some of the participants in order to find out more about their experience of the program.

“I was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at Banque PSA Finance but have now been appointed to lead a major project in Thailand and Indonesia. The global vision of the program and the particular focus on emerging markets has enabled me to get this promotion.

We have modules all over the world – not only in New York, Paris and London but also in countries like China and India, where you have a real sense of the impact of emerging markets on the global economy. The class itself is extremely diverse and I have classmates from Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia. We also have courses with local professors who share their in-depth knowledge and insights into the local markets. It is the combination of these different factors that has helped me to reach my current position.”

Jean-Francois Mady - Chief Financial Officer, Banque PSA Finance

“Choosing between an MBA and an EMBA depends very much on the type of learning experience you are looking for. The reputation of the school is also an extremely important factor.  HEC Paris, NYU and LSE are all cutting-edge business schools and I am convinced that I have made the right choice. I really feel that I have benefited from the knowledge and distinctive teaching styles of the professors from the different institutions.”
