Professor Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts 

Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at HEC Paris. He joined HEC Paris in 1990 and teches the Executive MBA program, the Doctoral program and a variety of HEC Paris Executive Management programs. His research focuses on the relationship between human resources management and business strategy, the international HR strategies in multinational companies and the development of innovation processes within organizations.
