01. 什么是HEC企业大使项目？

HEC企业大使是指意愿帮助HEC Paris与其公司建立紧密联结的HEC校友，这意味着帮助将HEC的人才、专业知识、校友网络与企业相关人员联系起来，采取各种举措支持公司的人才、业务的发展目标。

What is a CORPORATE AMBASSADOR?

A Corporate Ambassador is an HEC Alumni willing to help HEC Paris build closer ties with his/her company. This means connecting HEC Paris’talent, expertise, knowledge and network with the relevant contacts and/or carry out initiatives to support the talent, business and purpose of the company.

提升 HEC Paris 的国际知名度，增加 HEC 在企业雇主方面的影响，改善学生就业安置和就业体验，支持 HEC Foundation发展。

支持校友公司的人才、业务发展，提高企业的影响力和对毕业生的吸引力，触达 HEC 校友和学生网络，受益于 HEC 世界级的专业知识、培训、企业计划、教席和研究中心等。

The OBJECTIVES OF HEC Corporate Ambassador Program:

Raise HEC Paris’ profile at the international level. Raise brand awareness, increase HEC’s impact in employerengagement, improve student placement and experience, support the HECFoundation.

Support your company’s talent, business & purpose. Increase your company’s impact and attractiveness, reach HEC alumni& student networks, benefit from HEC world-class expertise,trainings,corporate programmes, chairs & research centres.

03. 企业大使的使命因公司和大使个人情况而异,主要包括：

• 联络HEC当地办事处与企业相关联系人（人力资源、高管等）

• 向工作企业宣传HEC学校的项目及其他信息，提升HEC在企业的影响力

• 分享工作及实习机会

• 组织公司参访（线上或实地）

• 赞助当地活动

• 发起合作（培训、学生就业，career fair等）

     其他角色…期待你来发掘！

Missions vary on the company and the CA, they can include:

• Connecting your HEC local office with the relevant contacts

  (HR, senior management, etc.)

• Relaying information from HEC Paris

• Sharing job offers & internships

• Helping organise company visits (physically or virtually)

• Sponsoring local events

• Initiating partnerships

  And much more!

05. 谁可以成为企业大使？

• 任何愿意支持建设学校和企业关系的HEC校友：

• 不限资历

• 不限行业

• 计划在公司工作至少一年

• 承诺每年至少参加一次企业大使活动并对联络做出回应

注： 每家公司可能有不止一名企业大使。

Who can become a CORPORATE AMBASSADOR?

Any Alumni willing to support HEC Paris’ corporate ties:

• All levels of seniority 

• Across all sectors

• Planning on staying in the company for at least a year

• Committed to attend at least one CAP event a year and be responsive to emails

Nb. Companies may have more than one Corporate Ambassador.
