We draw on the expertise of our internationally renowned faculty and its close connections to the corporate world to provide programs in all key areas of management. Experts, business leaders, coaches, etc. from a wide range of industries and functions are invited to share their experiences through lectures, exchange and debate with participants. We also involve people such as orchestra conductors, illusionists, high-level athletes to give participants the most global perspective possible on a specific topic.

INNOVATIVE LEARNING METHODS

The solutions we put forward can take the form of face-to-face programs, action learning projects, e-learning, executive coaching, and business games. Team building also plays an important role throughout the program: we organize activities - cooking classes, acting, dancing, etc. - to reinforce the collaboration among the group during and after the program.

Process

Our process for creating custom programs is a highly collaborative one that enables us to build on the knowledge already present in the organization. We work as a strategic partner with our corporate clients to co-create and craft each step of the design and delivery of the learning program. Companies are also deeply involved in evaluating its overall effectiveness and impact.

STEP 1 : DEFINE

We carry out an in-depth analysis to clearly identify your organization’s specific needs, challenges, goals, and objectives, which enables us to focus the program and address your change dynamic effectively.It is at this stage that the program steering committee is created to drive the program through all the steps of the process.

STEP 2 : Develop

Our faculty works directly with you to review company research and conduct detailed interviews with management and prospective participants. This invaluable information is then analyzed, along with the input gathered during the define phase. Based on the conclusions, we draw up a proposal that outlines the content, length and format of the program, the key business issues to be addressed as well as the members of faculty who will run the program.

STEP 3 : Deliver

HEC Paris faculty presents the program sessions and services that have been customized to meet the client’s specific industrial and development needs (as determined during the Define process). We help companies develop future leaders by showing them how to become learning organizations that are good at sharing and creating new knowledge.

We craft learning programs that enable participants to develop the skill sets that empower them to find solutions on their own. It forms the basis of real interactive learning and encourages discussion, rather than providing formulaic answers.

STEP 4 : Refine

Detailed and comprehensive evaluations are carried out at the end of each session to determine if any component needs to be refined or adapted in order to fine-tune and improve the program. We work collaboratively with your organization, both during and after delivery to evaluate the impact of the learning solutions.
