I have spent my whole career in the LVMH group, initially with Dior and then with Guerlain, where I gradually climbed the corporate ladder. When I became the National Sales Director of Guerlain in 2008, I realized that I needed to increase my skills and acquire a broader vision of the issues facing companies today. I was immensely fortunate that my employer let me choose the business school for my EMBA. I opted for HEC Paris and thanks to the program, I have undeniably moved from a TACTICAL to a STRATEGIC approach.
The HEC Paris EMBA made me question myself on many points - particularly my relationships with other people and the orientation I wished to give my career. Other people have become a rich source of inspiration and the key to my professional success and personal fulfillment. The international dimension of the program has proved to be a real turning point in my career. After spending 17 years in the French market, the HEC Paris EMBA enabled me to become Export Director for Europe, Africa and the Near East. I now meet a wide variety of geopolitical, intercultural and commercial challenges on a daily basis. I would never have been able to take on such a position without the program.
