Having a background in human resources management, training and coaching in multinational companies, I wanted to provide my organization with better support as an HR Business Partner. I chose HEC Paris because it is well known for the quality of its EMBA program and because it has regularly been ranked number one worldwide for Executive Education. The program also allows you to follow modules in different locations worldwide.
HEC Paris has really met my expectations and it’s worth the investment. The intensive program equipped me with both strategic knowledge and leadership skills. Learning doesn’t only happen in the class, but also when you interact with other classmates and HEC Paris alumni. I have obtained tremendous insights through exchanging with other participants.
What I appreciate the most in the program is the quality of the teaching. I have really enjoyed the learning experiences with the professors, who combine extensive teaching experience and a professional background in major companies. This gives the courses dynamism and provides interesting insights. I also appreciate the alumni network, it’s a real pleasure to be part of a family where you learn from each other and support each other.
I have great memories of the program - all those precious little small moments during or after the courses, like the heated debates we used to have in class, the exchanges on culture with classmates from other countries, the gala dinner we had for New Year… We had so much fun together during the program.
Overall, the program has really broadened my professional knowledge and network. I now have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a company and the program has answered many of my questions about business.
