My original goal was to develop within my current company. I can now say that my professional development is tangible - I am now the number 2 in my company as well as being the youngest member of the board. I may not be an Engineer but thanks to the HEC Paris Executive MBA I now have the ability to understand all aspects of the company from a transversal perspective. This is the reason why the CEO chose me. I. The program still helps me in my everyday activities. I now manage 10 people and I am constantly developing my leadership skills. The program has accelerated my career even though this was not my initial objective.
