Topic & Speaker Details
In an increasingly globalized business environment, companies can no longer focus exclusively on their domestic market as they risk losing valuable market shares to foreign competitors. International expansion is therefore critical to ensure success and even survival in local markets. However, many companies approach global competition and international expansion without fully understanding the challenges they pose. While some businesses are overly optimistic about their chances of success, or the time it will take them to succeed, others are overwhelmed by administrative obstacles, cultural differences and their lack of foreign markets.
This masterclass will present a framework to effectiely analyze the challenges facing managers in a globalized economy and outline strategies for successful international expansion.
