Master Class in Strategy Implementation

HEC Paris recently ran a Master Class in Strategy Implementation at the CCIFC in Shanghai for executives coming from a wide range of companies and from all business sectors.

The Master Class was led Professor Bob Gogel, an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris, with over 20 years of experience in corporate management. Professor Gogel drew on this extensive experience to give concrete examples of how managers can successfully implement their company's strategy. The Master Class was very well received by the participants who appreciated the clarity and relevance of the content and concepts that were put forward.
