On 18th September 2015, Tsinghua University will host the Women Leaders Era debate in partnership with HEC Paris in Shanghai. It will feature five prestigious guest speakers. The session will be opened by Professor Chen Yubo, Associate Dean of Tsinghua SEM, and will be followed by an introductory presentation made by Mireille Faugère, Senior Auditor of the Court of Audit of France & Alumnae of HEC.
Challenges facing Women Leaders today
The roundtable debate will include:
- INGE KERKLOH-DEVIF, Executive Director, Global Business Development, HEC Paris Executive Education
- XU LIN, Founder and CEO, VIVA Nutrition
- LING ZHIJUN, Chairman of SHANGHAI PACIFIC Capital Management Co.
- MIREILLE FAUGERE, Senior Auditor of the Court of Audit of France and Alumnae of HEC Paris
- LI JIANG, Senior Vice President of Global Logistic Properties (“GLP”) Managing Director of Airport City Development Co., Ltd. (“ACL”)
The panel will discuss the challenges facing women leaders today. Examples will be taken from around the world, which will then be compared and discussed, and solutions, including an emphasis on education, will be debated.
