HEC Paris organized in Wuhan, China a customized enterprise training program for Hubei Electric Engineering Corporation. Over the two days Dr. Serge Besanger, the HEC Paris Academic Director delivered a program on Infrastructure Finance & Investment and Negotiation to 38 directors, senior managers and engineers of the company.
The tailor-made curriculum included a macro overview of global power engineering markets and delved in detail into financing choices and appraisal methods. Over the second day the participants studied negotiation styles and techniques.
HEC Paris worked with Hubei Electric to create and deliver this high-level enterprise training program that helped its executives to better understand the new trends and international best practices and improve their business acumen and negotiation skills in order to meet the opportunities and challenges in both domestic and international markets. This is the first time that HEC Paris has delivered the custom program for a Chinese company in Wuhan, Central China where it has the second largest French business community in China.
