HEC Paris held a 2-day custom program for Sinohydro. This high-level enterprise training program was designed to help their business leaders gain a wider international perspective on the infrastructure market, help them understand the new trends and international best practices, and improve their business acumen and management skills in order to meet the opportunities and challenges of the future.
HEC Paris co-designed this program with Sinohydro which focused on infrastructure project investment and financing & team management. The teaching was supported by methodology, tool box and case studies. The Academic Director of this program, Dr. Serge Besanger provided valuable real life practical experience in working in multiple international settings.
46 of Sinohydro’s corporate executives and senior management team followed this enterprise training program. HEC Paris has been instrumental in helping Sinohydro drive the transformation of the company in a globalized and competitive world, helping their leaders to be innovative and to drive change.
