Last week the 3rd edition of the ETAM Talent Program was held at HEC Paris. It aims to develop important competencies and skills for ETAM Group managers from Europe and Asia. 27 managers from Europe (France, Germany, Poland) and Asia (China, Bangladesh) were trained over the week.
The objective of this program is to help ETAM Group managers face the challenges of a fast-moving international environment. The module is designed to teach them to be agile, daring and innovative, ensuring that it is motivating for themselves and their teams. The session is founded on solid business awareness and a strong customer-focus.
