Strategic Innovation for Sustainability: A key driver of competitive advantage
On the 7th of May, HEC Paris Professor Gérard de Maupeou will deliver a seminar on strategic innovation and sustainability in Wuhan. This exclusive seminar will be offered to senior managers of both Chinese and international companies, who work in strategic and human resource management, marketing and sales.
This session will address the challenges facing managers in the modern world of business. In the light of these challenges, this seminar aims to demonstrate the increasing importance for companies to work strategically in order to secure competitive advantage. Managers must leverage recent developments in digital technology and enhance their awareness of external obstacles, such as the scarcity of natural resources, in order to successfully compete with new enterprises. A solution-orientated strategy for innovation can enable companies to overcome these challenges by identifying Greenfield areas that maximise development and secure sustainable and socially responsible growth.
Participants will learn how to create and/or enhance market value for their clients; to develop and deliver an appropriate offer; to optimize the market; and to identify new business opportunities.
